Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect timelines and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and code—is the intellectual property of MFS Web Systems unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Client Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose

  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials

Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of MFS Web Systems.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables are outlined in individual proposals or agreements

  • Payments must be made according to agreed timelines

  • Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined scope. Requests outside of that scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

Revisions are limited to those outlined in your agreement. Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

6. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, etc.). We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages or failures

  • Changes in pricing or terms by third-party providers

  • Data handling practices of third-party services

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees that:

  • The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Results (such as rankings, traffic, or conversions) will be achieved

  • The website will be free from security vulnerabilities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFS Web Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
